How do I...
    Edit Staff database info on the web
        New Employee: Under the Add section above select Add an Employee
        Update Employee: Under the Update section above select Update Employee
            or the manual hard way...
        Go to the web server and log on
        Open up Microsoft Access
        Open up the file located at c:\Database files\Contractors.mdb
      Edit the table marked EmployeeData

    Update list of Companies in the Why Tricor page 
        The companies in the why Tricor page are pulled from the Licensing section on the Intranet.
            Go to
Licensing and select list companies. If the company is in the list click on the link and verify Publicly Viewable is true.
            You can also select what categories the company falls into.
            If you want to add a new company go back to 
Licensing  and select Add a New Company.

    Add a link to a Company
        On the intranet main page select Licensing then select List all Companies.
           Find the company you want to link to.
           Click the link and that will take you to the companies page. Copy the address location and make that the hyperlink.

    Edit Company Info Pages
        To edit a list  you need to go to the following link
       
http://www.tricornet.com/intranet/admin/list_tree.asp
        This link can be found on the intranet site, click Administration,
            then under List Maintenance Options select Edit Lists.

        That will take you to a page where you can select lists to edit.
        So for example you can select Encompass and hit edit.
        The next page that comes up will allow you to add new elements to the list,
            edit existing elements, or delete elements.
