To Activate Intercom Ring
- Push line 723-6442
- Push center blue button 3 times
- Push left button once
- Dial 20 on dial pad
- Push left blue button once
- Release
- DO THESE STEPS TWICE!
- Do not hang up until it rings overhead, or at least 20 seconds
Intercom ring is activated. Once activated, any non-call center phone can be answered when it rings by dialing #63.

To Deactivate Intercom Ring
- Push line 723-6442
- Push center blue button 3 times
- Push left button 1 time
- Push 02 on dial pad
- Push left blue button 1 time to dial
- Release
- For employees working the Evening or Saturday shift: When you deactivate intercom ring, you must activate night answer
To Activate Night Answer
- Push line 723-6442
- Push center blue button 3 times (speed dial)
- Push left blue button 2 times
- Wait to hear "Security Code"
- Release
- Test this – see testing instructions below
To Deactivate Night Answer
- Push line 723-6442
- Push center blue button 3 times
- Push left blue button 1 time
- Push 02 on dial pad
- Push left blue button 1 time to dial
- Release
Testing Procedure
- Call in from Pam Clauer’s phone 9-723-6441 (corner office to left as you come in the front door).
- If you are activating Intercom Ring
: you should hear your call ring on the intercom.
- If you are activating the Night Answer:
You should receive the recording telling you to either leave a message or call the emergency number.
- If you receive a recording that says "All of our agents are currently busy, please hold and the next available agent will help you…" This indicates that not everyone has logged out of the loop. You must go to each Call Center phone in the Lancaster office, pick up the receiver and press the ‘Log Out’ button on the phone.
- Then re-test by dialing in again. If you still receive the same message, check if Cassville is still in the loop. Call or Yahoo Pat Friesen to check this. Then re-test again
- If the testing is unsuccessful and you are still not able to activate either the Intercom Ring or the Night Answer, call Crysti Prange at 723-, Mary Jo Roesch at 723-, or Mary Duncan at 723-.
- The system will be tested at various times of the day on a weekly rotation by the following people:
